Terms and Conditions

1. The attached puppy deposit totaling $500.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE should the transaction to purchase the puppy not be completed.
2. The $500 deposit charge will remain on the original method of payment, usually a credit card or debit card transaction. The $500 deposit is not refunded and is applied as cash at the time of sale, although no cash is actually transferred. The balance of the puppy sale is transacted with either credit card, debit card, cash, or finance minus the $500 deposit. If the balance is paid in cash, the $500 deposit will be show up on the receipt as a check, although no check is actually used.
3. The deposit holds the puppy for up to 48 hours (unless noted otherwise) with the under-standing that the above named customer intends to purchase the puppy in full within this 48 hour time period. If the above named customer later decides for any reason not to pay the total balance due within the 48 hour period, the deposit will be automatically forfeited and will be applied as a store credit.
4. These terms and conditions for placing a deposit on a puppy are non-negotiable.
5. Should the transaction not be completed within the 48 hour hold period for the puppy we will apply a store credit in the amount of $500 for customer use. This is the sole remedy and the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
6. By signing below it is understood that you are fully aware of the terms and conditions of placing the deposit on the puppy as specified above.
