LIMITED 14 DAY PUPPY HEALTH WARRANTY

Should one of our affiliated veterinarians determine your puppy has Parvovirus, Distemper, Hepatitis, Canine Influenza, or other Respiratory Infection within the fourteen (14) days immediately following your purchase, you must notify Solutions.pet at (877) 658-5155, within twenty-four (24) hours.

You may bring your puppy to one of our appointed veterinary clinics where all reasonable treatments determined necessary by the veterinarian, will be at no cost to you.

LIMITED 12 MONTH PUPPY HEREDITARY AND CONGENITAL WARRANTY

Should one of our appointed veterinarians diagnose, within twelve (12) months of the date of birth, a hereditary or congenital disorder that is currently interfering with this puppy’s ability to lead a normal life, you must notify Solutions.pet at (877) 658-5155, within twenty-four (24) hours.  Petland will allow either;

• You may receive a full credit of the original purchase price toward the purchase of another puppy, or
• You may bring your puppy to one of our appointed veterinary clinics, where all reasonable treatments, as determined by the veterinarian, will be at no cost to you up to and not to exceed the original purchase price of the puppy

You must provide the diagnosis from the veterinarian before the warranty will apply.

Please understand that the staff at Petland’s retail location are unable to assist with any questions or claims pertaining to your pet purchase. Petland directs ALL pet owners with warranty claims & questions to Solution.pet, a third party company, for any required assistance. You may call them any time at 1-877-658-5155. They are available EST Monday – Friday 9:00am-8:00pm, Saturday 10am-8pm and Sunday 10:00am-6pm. You may fax any documents to them at 877-265-5777. Store employees are not authorized to take information related to warranty claims or make benefit determinations.  Solutions is solely responsible for evaluating warranty related claims, and only documentation provided to Solutions will be considered when making claim determinations.

In all cases the actual paperwork and warranty provided at time of sale will take precedence over this description of the warranties offered by Petland.
