Small Puppies For Sale – Facts and Favorites

July 3, 2019

When it comes to having some of the most adorable small puppies for sale, we excel – hands down and we’re super duper proud of our precious puppies! When they leave our store we want them to remain healthy and loved so here’s how you can take care of our small puppies for sale when they enter your home during the summer months!

Caring for Small Puppies for Sale

It’s summertime and it’s important that you keep your small dog cool. Because they’re small, doesn’t mean that they will naturally be cool during the summer months. This is especially true for small puppies for sale that have lots of hair or fur. In their cases, you want to make sure that they’re always hydrated and have cool spots to chill at home. Our point is that you need to make sure that you regulate their body temperature in all seasons. If the air conditioner is on in your home, try giving your pup a cozy t-shirt or a warm blanket in their crates to keep ’em comfortable! There’s nothing more uncomfortable than being cold or hot and not having control to control it!

Yorkshire Terrier

Yorkies are one of the most popular small dog breeds for sale! They are the truest definition, quite frankly! Full grown Yorkies weigh 4 to 7 pounds. These pups are full of high energy, courage, and loyalty. And forget about their pint sizes because they actually make excellent guard dogs. They will bark to alert you.

Maltese

The fearless Maltese is one of the tiniest of the small dog breeds for sale. They can weigh anywhere from 6 to 9 pounds. The “mane” attraction of the Maltese is their snowy white coat. It’s luxurious and if groomed correctly, will stay silky and healthy. They have a long lifespan of 15 years.

Pomeranian

And the award for “Puffiest Pooch” goes to the Pomeranian! These little lionesses are 7 to 10 pounds of show-stopping fun! They have larger than life personalities and make the best purse companions.

These are some of our favorite small puppies for sale, but we have many more. All you need to do is visit our store or contact us for additional information.
